ด้วยภารกิจในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ของประเทศไทยให้ก้าวไปข้างหน้าอย่างยั่งยืนด้วยความรู้ที่ทันสมัยมาตรฐานระดับโลกและทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีความชำนาญฝ่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพอุตสาหกรรไมซ์ ได้ตั้งเป้าหมายที่จะขับเคลื่อนประเทศให้เป็นสถานะผู้นำศูนย์กลางไมซ์แห่งอาเซียนในปี 2020 หกเสาหลักและสี่วัตถุประสงค์หลักที่เป็นแรงบันดาลใจและขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรม

MICE Capability Department is committed to strengthening Thailand’s MICE industry through its three strategic areas: People & Business Development and Certification; Standards for MICE Standardization; and MICE Sustainability.
The mission is to develop the MICE industry with standard knowledge, including personnel development and entrepreneurship in a sustainable way, so as for Thailand to become the preferred MICE destination within Southeast Asia.
